How much does shipping cost?
Orders of $150 USD or more ship free. For orders below $150, shipping is $4.95 within the United States and $6.95 to all other supported destinations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Production and processing take 4–6 business days. Transit takes approximately 7–11 business days within the United States and 10–16 business days for international destinations.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are covered by us. You should not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original packaging and tags. Contact customer support before sending a return.
Can sale or personalized items be returned?
Sale and personalized or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, production may have started and we may be unable to change or cancel it.
When will I receive my refund?
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
