These Terms of Service govern your use of TailsAndLoom.com and purchases from Tails & Loom, an individually operated online business (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.

Store eligibility and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store security, misuse content, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the store in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Products and descriptions

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colors and textures may vary because of screen settings, production batches, and the nature of textile materials. Product availability may change without notice. Products may be manufactured in Vietnam or China depending on the product and fulfillment availability.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Product prices include applicable taxes. Applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are covered by us, and customers should not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Orders

An order submission is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailable inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or legal compliance. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Payments

Only payment methods displayed and operational at checkout are accepted. Payment services are provided by third parties under their applicable terms. Do not rely on payment logos or names displayed elsewhere unless that method is available at checkout.

Order changes and cancellation

Contact us within 6 hours to request an operational change or cancellation before production begins. We cannot guarantee changes after this window. This provision does not limit mandatory statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights, including applicable EU/EEA and UK consumer rights.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Production, delivery, shipping fees, supported destinations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

The store content, branding, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and software are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit them without permission.
